Transparent conditions for your stay
Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply with modification of the cancellation guidelines §5 paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.
Sometimes things don't go as planned, and your booked vacation must be cancelled or cut short. Whether you cannot start your vacation at all or have to return earlier, the right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the following cancellation conditions apply:

We would like to save you unnecessary costs and the associated inconvenience. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to make your vacation worry-free.
